Questions
Will it fit my machine?
The tapered sleeve slides over a steam wand and the screw clamp tightens around it. The fit guide shows how to check yours. If you're unsure, email patigreenssupp@gmail.com with the model before you order and we'll check.
How do I keep it on the wand?
Push the sleeve all the way over the wand, then turn the yellow key until the clamp is tight. Open the steam slowly rather than at full blast, and hold the brush by its handle, not near the sleeve.
What can I clean with it?
The group head, the shower screen and the drip tray, with steam from your machine's wand. The film above shows each step.
Is it safe on my machine?
The bristles are soft, and the sleeve and hose are silicone, heat resistant to 200 °C. Steam is hot: hold the brush by its handle and keep your fingers behind the guard disc.
How do returns work?
Tell us within 14 days of receiving your order, by email or with our withdrawal form, then send it back within 14 days. We refund within 14 days of your notice, to the original payment method. Full details are in our Refund policy.
