Withdrawal and returns

To withdraw from an online purchase, email patigreenssupp@gmail.com or use our withdrawal form within 14 days of receiving your goods. Return the goods within 14 days after notifying us. You pay the direct return cost.

We reimburse within 14 days of your notice, including the cheapest standard outbound delivery charge where applicable. We may wait until we receive the goods or proof of return, whichever comes first. Refunds use the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

You may inspect the goods. You are responsible for loss of value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. Original packaging is helpful, but is not a condition of withdrawal.

If the brush is not for you, tell us within 30 days of delivery at patigreenssupp@gmail.com and send it back. We refund the price of the brush within 14 days of receiving it. Return shipping is paid by you.

The guarantee is given by Pavol Michalisko (Brewkit), Javornícka 6170/33, 974 11 Banská Bystrica, Slovakia, for orders from this store. It comes on top of your statutory rights and does not limit them: the 14-day right of withdrawal and the 24-month legal guarantee for defects.
