Withdraw from a contract

You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. Fill in the form, tick the confirmation and press Confirm withdrawal. We confirm that we have received it by email.

After you withdraw, send the goods back within 14 days to: Pavol Michalisko, Javornícka 6170/33, 974 11 Banská Bystrica, Slovakia. You pay the direct cost of returning them. We refund within 14 days of your notice, to your original payment method; we may wait until we receive the goods or proof that you have sent them back, whichever comes first.
