Terms of service

1. Seller

2. Orders and contract

A purchase contract is formed when the customer places an order and the Seller confirms it by email. By ordering, the customer confirms they have read these terms.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in euros and include VAT. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Goods are dispatched after payment is received.

4. Delivery

Goods are shipped from the Seller's supplier located outside the European Union. Shipping to Slovakia, the EU, the United Kingdom and the United States is free and tracked. Dispatch takes 1–3 business days and delivery 8–18 days from dispatch. The customer is notified by email with a tracking number. For the UK and US, import charges may apply.

5. Right of withdrawal

Consumers may notify us of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving goods, and return goods within 14 days after that notice. Full instructions, refund timing and a withdrawal notice template are in the Refund policy.

6. Warranty and complaints

A 24-month statutory warranty applies. Contact patigreenssupp@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the defect.

7. Dispute resolution

Information about alternative dispute resolution is available from the Slovak Trade Inspection (www.soi.sk) and the European Commission's Consumer Redress portal (consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu).
